Truck Wrapping Specialists
Every Truck Type. Every Size. One Facility.
Truck wrapping is a different discipline than wrapping a car or a van. Box trucks have rivets by the hundred. Pickups have complex curves around wheel arches and bed rails. Dump trucks take a beating on construction sites. Semi cabs need wraps that hold up at highway speed for years. Each truck type demands a different approach to templating, material selection, and installation technique.
That’s what we do. Pixel Wraps is a truck wrapping company that handles the full spectrum — from compact pickups to 26-foot box trucks and tractor cabs. Every wrap is designed on the actual vehicle template, printed on premium cast vinyl, laminated with UV protection, and installed by our certified team inside our climate-controlled facility in Linden, NJ. We don’t outsource. We don’t subcontract.
Whether it’s a single service truck or a coordinated rollout across a 30-vehicle fleet, the process is the same: precision templating, premium materials, and an installation team that knows how to work around corrugated panels, roll-up doors, fuel tanks, and every surface challenge a commercial truck throws at you.
Trucks We Wrap
Custom Wraps for Every Type of Truck
Every truck type presents different installation challenges — surface materials, panel configurations, hardware, and access points all vary. Our team has the template library and field experience to handle every one of them.
Box Trucks
The workhorse of commercial wrapping. Largest uninterrupted flat surfaces — two tall sides and a rear door.
We wrap box trucks from 10 to 26 feet, working around rivets, vertical seams, and roll-up gates. Ideal for delivery companies, movers, food distributors, and any business wanting maximum road presence.
Pickup Trucks
Full and partial wraps for F-150s, Silverados, RAMs, Tacomas, Sierras, and more.
Pickups have compound curves around fenders, bed rails, and tailgates requiring careful templating. Popular with contractors, landscapers, real estate agents, and service professionals.
Dump Trucks
Heavy-duty wraps for construction, demolition, excavation, and hauling.
Dump truck wraps need to withstand dust, debris, and gravel impact. We use thicker laminates and focus on the cab, body sides, and tailgate — surfaces facing traffic and job sites.
Flatbed Trucks
Semi Trucks / Tractor Cabs
Tractor cab wraps for over-the-road and regional fleets.
Semi wraps need to endure highway speeds, long sun exposure, and thousands of miles per week. We wrap Kenworths, Peterbilts, Freightliners, and Internationals with materials rated for long-haul durability.

FAQ
Questions, Answered.
How much does it cost to wrap a truck?
How much does it cost to wrap a 26-foot box truck?
A full wrap on a 26-foot box truck typically runs between $4,500 and $7,000, depending on design complexity and material selection. This includes custom design, premium vinyl printing, UV lamination, and installation at our Linden, NJ facility. Partial wraps start around $2,500–$4,000.
How long does a truck wrap last?
With premium cast vinyl from 3M, Avery Dennison, or Oracal, a professionally installed truck wrap lasts 5 to 7 years. Trucks that are garaged overnight and washed regularly tend to get the longest life. We use UV-protective lamination on every truck wrap.
How long does it take to wrap a truck?
Pickup trucks: 1–2 days. 16-foot box trucks: 2–3 days. 26-foot box trucks: 3–4 days. Semi cabs: 2–3 days. All installations happen in our climate-controlled 10,000 sq ft facility.
Will a wrap damage my truck's paint?
No. A professional wrap actually protects the paint from UV, road debris, and minor scratches. When removed, the original paint is in the same condition — often better, because it’s been shielded from years of sun and road exposure.
Can I wrap a leased vehicle?
Yes. Truck wraps are fully removable and popular on leased commercial vehicles. The wrap protects the paint during the lease, and we remove it cleanly at lease end.
What's the difference between a full and partial truck wrap?
A full wrap covers every exterior surface — sides, rear, cab, optional roof. A partial wrap covers the highest-visibility areas, typically sides and rear. Full wraps deliver maximum impact. Partial wraps deliver 80% of the visibility at 40–60% of the cost.
What size trucks can you handle?
Everything from compact pickups to 26-foot box trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, semi cabs, and utility trucks. Our 10,000 sq ft facility in Linden, NJ is purpose-built for commercial vehicles.
Do you offer fleet pricing for multiple trucks?
Yes. We run coordinated fleet programs with volume pricing, staggered scheduling, and dedicated project management. The per-truck cost drops with volume. Contact us with your fleet details for a custom proposal.
What materials do you use?
Premium cast vinyl from 3M, Avery Dennison, and Oracal exclusively. Cast vinyl is the only material that properly conforms to rivets, corrugations, and curves of commercial trucks. We never use calendered vinyl for truck wraps. Every wrap gets UV-protective lamination.
Can you wrap trucks with rivets and corrugated panels?
That’s literally our specialty. Box trucks are covered in rivets and many have corrugated side panels. Our installers use heat-forming techniques and specialized tools to wrap around every rivet and into every corrugation for a smooth, professional finish.
Can you remove an old wrap and apply a new one?
Yes. We remove old wraps professionally, clean all adhesive residue, inspect the paint surface, and prep the truck for a fresh installation. Many clients update graphics every 3–5 years. Removal and rewrap can often be done in one visit.
