Quality fleet graphics since 2001
Pixel Wraps has been wrapping commercial vehicles for Brooklyn businesses since 2001. Contractors running jobs in Bed-Stuy, last-mile delivery fleets operating out of Red Hook, food trucks parked along Williamsburg’s Bedford Avenue, HVAC companies covering Sunset Park — we’ve wrapped them all. Brooklyn moves fast. We make sure your brand keeps up.
Brooklyn has 2.7 million people, 35 neighborhoods, and more opinions per square foot than anywhere on earth. The contractor in Bensonhurst and the caterer in Williamsburg are not the same customer. The pest control van working Borough Park and the last-mile truck running out of Red Hook are not the same job. A wrapped van that works on a Carroll Gardens brownstone block looks nothing like a fleet graphic built for 80 stops a day on the BQE. We’ve been wrapping both since 2001.
Every wrap we build starts with one question — where does this vehicle actually go, and who needs to see it? The answer changes everything. The neighborhood, the audience, the design, the message. We build each wrap around where it works — not around what’s easiest to produce.
One shop handles all of it. Design, print, installation — same team, start to finish. 3M and Avery Dennison materials on every job. No subcontractors. No handoffs. If something’s off, we own it — because we built it.
Whether you’re a solo contractor with one van or a logistics operation running 30 trucks out of Sunset Park — we handle it. Same process, same materials, same standard of work regardless of job size. Tell us what you’re driving and we’ll tell you exactly what it needs.
The BQE, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, the Gowanus Expressway, the Verrazano — Brooklyn's freight routes are some of the most trafficked in the country. Box trucks, step vans, refrigerated units running last-mile logistics out of Red Hook and East Williamsburg — if your truck is already on the road every day, it's either building your brand or it isn't. A full wrap means every set of eyes on those routes sees your name, your number, your business. One-time cost. Daily return. 3M certified installation, in-house start to finish.
Brooklyn runs on service trades. Plumbers working brownstones in Carroll Gardens, electricians covering new construction in Bushwick, HVAC techs servicing buildings from Bay Ridge to Crown Heights — nearly all of them drive vans. When three contractors show up on the same block in Park Slope or Flatbush, the wrapped van is the one the building super calls next time. Sprinter, Transit, Promaster, Econoline — every model, every size. Sharp on day one, holds up through Brooklyn winters.
Last-mile delivery fleets, moving companies, distributors running routes out of the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Industry City in Sunset Park — when your trucks are spread across Brooklyn every day, inconsistency is a brand problem. We build one graphics system for your entire fleet and keep your templates on file. Three vehicles today, fifteen next year — every one matches, every time.
Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg. Smorgasburg at Prospect Park. The weekend markets in DUMBO and Industry City. Brooklyn has one of the most competitive street food scenes in the country — and the most opinionated customers. Your wrap has two seconds to communicate what you sell and why someone should stop walking. We design food truck and food cart graphics specifically for that moment — bold color, clear concept, appetite-first visuals. We know what stops a Brooklyn crowd and what gets walked past.
Our proven wrap process keeps your project on schedule, on budget, and fully managed from design through installation.

Since 2001, we’ve wrapped commercial vehicles across Brooklyn with one goal — make every business impossible to ignore on the street. 25 years later, that’s still the only goal.
We’ve wrapped solo contractors just starting out and 50-truck fleets running daily routes across Brooklyn. The job size has never changed how we work.
Everything happens in-house — design, print, installation. Our 3M certified installers, designers, and print technicians work out of the same facility. No subcontractors. No handoffs. If something’s off, we fix it because we built it.
We use 3M, Avery Dennison, and Oracal materials because your vehicle is on New York streets every day. It needs to hold up. Ours do.
Industries We Serve
Brooklyn's prewar brownstones keep plumbers busy year-round. A wrapped van outside a Carroll Gardens job is seen by every neighbor on that block before you pack your tools.
New construction in Bushwick and Gowanus is generating electrical work that didn't exist five years ago. A branded truck on an active job site makes you look established before you say a word.
Every service call through Flatbush, Borough Park, and Bay Ridge is a neighborhood advertisement — if your vehicle is wrapped.
Dense residential Brooklyn runs on word-of-mouth. A wrapped van outside a Bed-Stuy building gets noticed by every tenant who walks by. That's your next call without a single ad spend.
Red Hook, East Williamsburg, and the Navy Yard already give you maximum street exposure. A wrap turns that exposure into brand recognition.
Catering vans and delivery vehicles in Brooklyn's food market need graphics that match what they serve. Bland doesn't survive here.
A professionally branded vehicle builds trust with Brooklyn families before anyone knocks on the door.
Large, slow, parked on Brooklyn blocks for hours. Hard to ignore — impossible to forget when someone needs the same service next week.
A wrapped truck outside a Cobble Hill renovation is seen by every neighbor considering the same project. Brooklyn's boom makes this the easiest referral you'll generate.
Passing the same Flatbush and Atlantic Avenue storefronts every day. A wrap turns every delivery into a brand impression at zero extra cost.

How long does a vehicle wrap last on New York streets?
With 3M or Avery Dennison cast vinyl, properly laminated: 5 to 7 years. The UV laminate we apply on every wrap matters specifically in New York — summer heat, winter road salt, stop-and-go on the BQE. We've seen wraps installed in 2018 still holding clean on Brooklyn delivery trucks today.
Will a wrap damage the paint on my work van?
No. A properly installed vinyl wrap protects your paint from UV exposure, road debris, and minor abrasion. When removed by a certified installer, factory paint comes off clean. We inspect every vehicle's surface before we touch it — if there's existing damage, we tell you before we start.
How long before my vehicle is back on the road?
7 to 8 business days from approval to pickup for most jobs. If you're running a tight schedule or a fleet deadline, call us — rush timelines are available and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do I need a full wrap or will vinyl lettering do the job?
Depends on your budget and your goals. A full wrap gives you maximum visual surface — every panel working for your brand. Vinyl lettering puts your name, number, logo, and DOT numbers on the vehicle at a fraction of the cost. For a solo contractor just starting out in Brooklyn, lettering is often the smarter first move. We'll tell you which one makes sense without pushing you toward the more expensive option.
Can you match my whole fleet to the same design?
Yes — and this is where getting it right from the start matters. We build a master graphics system for your brand and keep the template files on file. Whether you're adding a third van or a thirtieth truck, every vehicle matches exactly. No starting over, no inconsistencies.
My van has existing damage or paint issues — can it still be wrapped?
Depends on the severity. Minor surface imperfections can be worked around. Significant rust, deep scratches, or peeling paint need to be addressed before installation — vinyl won't adhere properly and the wrap won't last. We inspect every vehicle before we quote the job and tell you exactly what we find.
Do you handle DOT number lettering for commercial vehicles?
Yes. DOT numbers, USDOT compliance lettering, company name, and any regulatory markings required for commercial vehicles operating in New York — all handled in commercial-grade cast vinyl that meets compliance requirements and lasts.
Why choose Pixel Wraps over a local Brooklyn shop?
Most local shops outsource at least one step — design, print, or installation. When three different companies touch your vehicle, accountability disappears. We design, print, and install everything ourselves. One team, one standard, one point of contact. If something's off, we fix it — because we built it.
