Quality fleet graphics since 2001
Pixel Wraps is a family-owned vehicle wrap and fleet graphics company based in Linden, New Jersey. Over 25 years of large-format vinyl experience, three tri-state locations, and one 10,000 sq ft production facility where every wrap is designed, printed, laminated, and installed under one roof.
Our Story
Pixel Wraps opened in 2001 as a traditional sign and lettering shop in Brooklyn, hand-cutting vinyl on small format plotters and laying it onto delivery trucks for local businesses. Back then, “vehicle wrap” wasn’t a category yet — large-format printers didn’t exist and most fleet branding meant a logo, a phone number, and a USDOT line.
When large-format digital printing became viable in the late 1990s, we shifted from cut-vinyl lettering to full-color wraps and grew alongside the category. Three things didn’t change as we grew: the work stayed in-house, the materials stayed premium, and the relationships stayed long-term. A meaningful share of our work today is for businesses we’ve been wrapping vehicles for since the mid-2000s.
Today Pixel Wraps operates a 10,000 sq ft production facility in Linden, NJ — the design studio, large-format printers, lamination room, and install bays all under one roof — plus offices in Brooklyn, NY and Scranton, PA. We’ve wrapped over 1,000 commercial vehicles, from one-off owner-operator pickups to 47-vehicle moving company fleets.

Is Pixel Wraps family-owned?
Yes. Pixel Wraps has been family-owned since founding in 2001. We've remained independent rather than join a national franchise chain because the long-term local relationships are what built this business — and franchising would change that structure.
Where do you actually do the work?
All production happens at our 10,000 sq ft facility in Linden, NJ. That includes design, large-format printing, UV lamination, and installation. We have additional locations in Brooklyn, NY and Scranton, PA that handle drop-off, customer service, and on-site project work — but the central production is consolidated in Linden so quality stays consistent.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No. Design, print, lamination, and install are all in-house. We've built the operation specifically to avoid the inconsistency that comes from sending files to a print broker or hiring freelance installers. Every wrap is produced by people we employ.
What's the typical timeline for a wrap project?
Single vehicle: 10–14 days from approved design to finished install. Small fleet (2–5 vehicles): 2–4 weeks. Large fleet rollouts (10+ vehicles): 4–12 weeks depending on size, with staggered intake so most of your fleet stays on the road. Lead times are confirmed at the inspection / quote stage.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Yes. 3–5 vehicles: 10% volume discount. 6–10 vehicles: 15%. 11–25 vehicles: 20%. 25+ vehicles: custom pricing, typically 20–25%. Volume pricing also applies across mixed fleets (vans + trucks + trailers in the same rollout).
Can I tour the Linden facility?
Yes — facility tours are welcome and we encourage them for fleet customers. You'll see the design studio, large-format printers, lamination room, and install bays. Most prospective fleet customers visit before committing to a 10+ vehicle program. Schedule through our contact form or by phone.
