The Service Vehicle You Already Own. The Marketing Channel You Don't Have Yet.
Most contractors, service businesses, and delivery operators already own the most cost-effective advertising medium on the road — they just haven’t wrapped it yet. A typical service van drives 20,000 to 40,000 miles a year through residential neighborhoods, commercial corridors, and customer driveways. That’s tens of millions of brand impressions per year sitting on a moving billboard most companies leave blank.
Van wraps fix that. They convert your work vehicles into 24/7 advertising that pays for itself in months — and unlike wrapping a 26-foot box truck, vans are quick to wrap (typically 1–2 days each), the canvas is more uniform, and the per-vehicle cost is lower.
We’ve wrapped Mercedes Sprinters for plumbing companies, Ford Transits for HVAC contractors, Ram ProMasters for last-mile delivery operators, and step vans for food distributors. Each van type has its own quirks — ladder racks, shelving, sliding doors, body cladding — and our installation team knows them all.
Vans We Wrap
Custom Wraps for Every Commercial Van
Each van type has different installation challenges — surface curvature, ladder racks, shelving access, sliding door tracks, body cladding. Our team has wrapped thousands of vans and built the template library to handle every one.
Sprinter Vans
Mercedes-Benz & Freightliner Sprinter — 144" and 170" wheelbases, standard and high-roof.
The premium commercial van. Enormous side-panel canvas, squared body for clean graphics. Popular with plumbing, mobile mechanics, specialty delivery, and businesses wanting an "established" presence.
Cargo Vans
Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Chevy Express, GMC Savana, Nissan NV.
The workhorse of last-mile delivery and trades. Flat side panels, large rear doors, minimal trim breaks — keeps cost and install time down. We wrap full fleets of Transits and ProMasters.
Service / Utility Vans
Vans with ladder racks, roof bins, conduit carriers, and pipe boxes.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and telecom crews need wraps that work around rack mounts. We template around Adrian Steel, Prime Design, Holman, Ranger Design — and can remove/reinstall racks for full access.
Step Vans & Cutaways
Walk-in step vans and cutaways on Sprinter, Transit, and ProMaster chassis.
Huge flat sides — essentially mini box trucks on a van chassis. Ideal for food distribution, last-mile delivery, mobile retail, and uniform routes.
High-Roof Cargo Vans
Extra ceiling clearance = extra wrap canvas for tall side-panel layouts.
High-roof line creates a natural eye-level frame for messaging, especially when parked next to standard sedans at a job site.
Compact Cargo Vans

FAQ
Van Wrap Questions, Answered.
How much does it cost to wrap a Sprinter van?
A full Sprinter wrap typically runs $2,800 to $5,200 depending on wheelbase (144″ vs 170″), roof height, and design complexity. Includes custom design, premium cast vinyl, UV laminate, and installation. Partial wraps start around $1,500.
How much does it cost to wrap a cargo van?
A full wrap on a standard cargo van (Transit 250, ProMaster 1500, Express) runs $2,200 to $3,800. High-roof adds $400–$800. Partials run 40–60% of full pricing. Lettering starts at $400.
How long does it take to wrap a van?
Compact and standard cargo vans: 1–2 days. High-roof and Sprinter vans: 2 days. Step vans and cutaways: 2–3 days. From quote to finished wrap, standard timeline is 10–14 days.
Will a wrap damage my van's paint?
No. A professionally installed wrap protects the paint from UV, road debris, and minor scratches. When removed, the original paint is in the same condition — often better. Most fleet leasing companies allow and encourage wraps.
Can I wrap a leased van?
Yes. Wraps are fully removable. Major fleet leasing companies — Element, Enterprise Fleet, Wheels, Holman — explicitly allow van wraps because they typically improve resale paint condition.
Can you wrap around my ladder rack?
Yes. We template around Adrian Steel, Prime Design, Holman, and Ranger Design racks. If a design requires full surface access, we remove the rack for installation and reinstall it after — typically 2–3 hours.
What's the difference between a full and partial van wrap?
Full covers every surface — sides, rear, sliding door, hood, optional roof. Partial covers sides and rear, leaving hood and roof in original paint. Partials deliver ~80% of visual impact at 40–60% of the cost. Works especially well on white vans.
Do I need DOT lettering on my van?
If your van crosses state lines, hauls cargo for hire, or has a GVWR over 10,001 lbs, federal DOT regulations require visible USDOT number, company name, and other markings. We design DOT-compliant lettering as part of every commercial wrap.
How many vans can you wrap per week?
4–6 standard vans per week. For a 12-van fleet, plan on a 3–4 week rollout with staggered scheduling so most of your fleet stays on the road.
What materials do you use?
Premium cast vinyl: 3M IJ180Cv3, Avery Dennison MPI 1105, Oracal 3951RA. Cast vinyl is the only material rated for the curves and longevity demands of commercial vans. Every wrap gets UV-protective overlaminate.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes. We work from brand guidelines, PMS colors, or supplied vector files. Every panel is checked against the master proof so van #1 and van #12 look identical on the road.
How do I wash a wrapped van?
Hand wash with mild soap, or brushless car wash. Avoid pressure washing within 6 inches of edges. With normal care, expect 5–7 years of premium appearance.
